LCSO Releases Surveillance Video of Sterling Armed Robbery

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has released surveillance video of a Jan. 30 armed robbery of a Sterling, Virginia convenience store.

Around 9:40 p.m. two suspects entered the Prime Mart store located in the 45000 block of W. Church Road. One of the suspects pulled out a gun and demanded money from the cashier while the second picked up cigarettes. The armed suspect took lottery tickets and cash from the cashier before the two fled the scene. The cashier was not injured during the robbery, LCSO officials said.

The first suspect was described as a white man wearing a black jacket over a grey hooded sweatshirt, a black/brown glove, blue jeans and red sneakers. The second was a man wearing a grey sweatshirt, blue jeans, black gloves and a bandana covering the majority of his face. Both suspects were described as being in their late teens to early twenties.
