Sheriff’s Office Searches for Upskirting Suspect

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in an “upskirting” case at a Sterling area store.

The female victim reported around 1:10 p.m. on June 26 she saw an unknown man attempting to take “upskirting” photos of her at a store in the 45100 block of Columbia Place. The suspect was confronted by the victim and an employee before running away.

The suspect was described as a bearded, 5’6″ tall, black man with a medium build. The victim said he was wearing khaki pants and a polo shirt with white and gray stripes.

If found, the suspect could face charges for indecent liberties which carries a one to 10 year sentence.
