Authorities Look For Man Who Exposed Himself in Lowes Island Area

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to help identify a man who exposed himself to two girls in the Lowes Island Area Aug. 13.

The two girls reported that they were walking in the area of Lowes Island Elementary School about 2:50 p.m. when they saw a man standing completely unclothed near the wood line by Buoy Place and Saulty Drive. The suspect did not approach or speak to the juveniles.

They described him as a white male in his 40s, with light brown hair. He was wearing a light blue bandana that partially obscured his face.

LCSO detectives developed a composite sketch of the suspect in an attempt to help identify him.

Anyone with any information regarding the possible identity of the suspect is asked to contact Detective D. Orr of the LCSO Special Victims Unit at 703-777-1021.
