Authorities Seek Public’s Help Identifying Burglary Suspect From Video

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has released surveillance video and asking the public’s help in its investigation into a commercial burglary where the suspect forced entry into a Sterling grocery store on Aug. 22.

The suspect damaged a front window around 1 a.m. to gain entry into the Asian Grocery and Halal Meat in the 47000 block of Harry Byrd Highway. The man is seen on surveillance video wearing a white long-sleeve shirt, hat, black gloves and an unknown item covering his face. He removed a small amount of cash from the cash register.
