The fair opens July 25 and runs through July 30. The fairgrounds are located at 17564 Dry Mill Rd. in Leesburg, near the intersections of Route 7 and Route 9.

Daily admission of $10 per adult can be paid at the gate. Children 6-12 are admitted for $5, and admission for children under 6 is free. Weekly passes are available. Admission is free for military in uniform, seniors 62 or older are free Wednesday until 4 p.m., and children 15 and under are free Thursday until 4 p.m.
