Trump Coming to Ashburn for Campaign Rally Aug. 2

Donald Trump will make a scheduled stop on his campaign Tuesday morning in Ashburn.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will come to the area for a campaign rally in Loudoun County on Aug 2.

The event will take place at 11 a.m. at Briar Woods High School in Ashburn. Doors open at 9 a.m. and free tickets are available on the candidate’s website.

Trump’s appearance continues a growing tradition of candidates campaigning in Loudoun County. Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton made a campaign stop in the area in May of this year. In 2012, Republican nominee Mitt Romney and president Barack Obama both stumped in Loudoun.
