The event will be held Thursday February 8th, 2018 at 4pm to 7pm at 43777 Central Station Drive, Suite 450 Ashburn, VA 20147.  Ribbon cutting will be at 4:30pm which will include the IT Cadre leadership and staff,  Buddy Rizer, Executive Director of Loudoun County Department of Economic Development, Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Chair Phyllis Randall along with other business leaders and representatives.

IT Cadre is an enterprise systems engineering and software development firm that has been a partner to federal government agencies, major corporations, and small commercial customers for over a decade. IT Cadre was founded in 2001 by Mark Madigan; he believed that the standard approach to solution design and development could be radically improved through Visualization Engineering® and agile software development. Madigan says he and his team created a firm that fundamentally changes the way solutions are visualized, designed, and built.

Concerning staff, Madigan embraces problem ownership as a core competency.

“At IT Cadre, our people are our greatest asset. They have the deepest respect for our clients’ missions and goals, treating customer problems as their own and delivering solutions that go beyond expectations,” said Madigan.

“Loudoun County is fortunate to be the home to many great companies, but there is honestly no company that I respect more than IT Cadre,” said Rizer. Adding, “I could not be more proud of their success and could not be more excited to have them as ‘neighbors’ in Loudoun Station. Congratulations to Mark and Maria Madigan and the entire IT Cadre team on their new headquarters!”

IT Cadre made a long term commitment to Loudoun Station to provide employees and customers the best possible location for access, innovation and collaboration.  The investment in a state of the art office facility and equipment enhances the company’s ability to provide customers support for their most important programs, complicated initiatives and transformation efforts.

“We have the honor and privilege to work with some of the most important organizations in the world,” said Madigan.  “Our new headquarters facility matches our commitment to excellence, provides an incredible work environment for our teams, and a showcase for our customers.”
