LCSO Releases Photos of Robbery Suspects

Detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) have released video and photos of the suspects involved in the Nov. 29 robbery of an ABC store located in the 22000 block of S. Sterling Blvd. in Sterling.

The suspects entered the store at 1:26 pm and waited for customers to leave before they grabbed several boxes of liquor. As they fled, a female clerk attempted to stop them and was struck on the head with a bottle by one of the suspects. They were last seen running to a dark colored vehicle with a possible partial tag of “2907.” The state license plate is unknown.

The suspects are described as three black men, approximately 5’9 to 6’ tall and wearing dark jackets and dark colored caps.

There was active video surveillance inside and photos were recovered from the scene.

Sheriff Mike Chapman said LCSO is working in conjunction with Fairfax County Police and that the suspects may have been involved in a robbery of a video game store there the same day.

“We’re always looking for the public’s help,” Chapman said. “We want to get them as quickly as possible and put them behind bars and keep the community safe.”

Anyone with any information is asked to call LCSO at 703-777-0475.
