LCSO Seeks Public’s Help Identifying Suspect From Composite Sketch

An incident July 18 outside the Cascades branch of Loudoun County Public Library has the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office requesting the public’s help in identifying a suspect from a composite sketch.

According to the LCSO, a girl was followed by a man outside the library on Whitfield Place in Sterling about 1 p.m. July 18. She said the man touched himself inappropriately in front of her. The man left on foot and the victim went to the front desk to report the incident.

Detectives have released a composite sketch of a subject, who was described as a middle-aged white male, medium height with a large build. He has short blonde hair and blue or hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue vertical striped shirt and khaki shorts.

Anyone with any information regarding the man’s identity is asked to contact Detective C. Czekaj at 703-777-1021. You may also submit a tip through the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office app, which is available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.
