Loudoun County boys and girls ages 6 though 14 are invited to participate in the second annual Youth Fitness Camp, which is co-sponsored by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and Ashburn Youth Football League.
The free, one-day camp is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 17 at The Campus, 100 Powers Court in Sterling.

The multi-sport youth fitness camp consists of physical test and drills intended to help determine a player’s speed, quickness, strength and agility as well as demonstrate their ability in one-on-one competition.
The camps are open to Loudoun residents ONLY. The registration will be open until 300 applications are received. A number of deputies from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office are serving as volunteers with AYFL for this event. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is not directly affiliated with AYFL or The Campus.
