Teacher Faces Charges Involving Sexual Relationship With Park View High School Student

An alleged sexual relationship between a Loudoun County Public Schools teacher and a juvenile student at Park View High School has led to charges being filed against the teacher.

According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, Kimberly L. Winters, 32, of Sterling, was arrested today (Nov. 9) and charged with indecent liberties by a custodian.

Winters is accused of being involved in an inappropriate relationship with the juvenile victim between September and November in 2017. She is listed as an English teacher on the PVHS website.

Winters was being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a secure bond.
